Success with the Gateway Experience?

ha ha, no I just meant where can I purchase these tracks as MP3s and not as Cds, I live in India and postage is really bad so can't order the actual Cds. The gateway Experience site only has CDs to order, I can't find them as MP3s to purchase.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I'm afraid they are only available as CD's. Which is good because MP3 compression kills a lot of less noticable things in an audio recording, and for binaurals you don't want any of that subtle stuff removed.

I even feel bad because they're all so expensive..

Stookie it is definitely wrong, there's not even a discussion there. But if you're someone like me who no way in hell could ever buy or would even consider buying even 1 Wave, than you just don't need to be punishing yourself because you allowed yourself to enjoy something that has been made available to you.
Besides particularly on this situation, we're talking about the new man, the conscious multidimensional man. Am I the only one who thinks that is an evolution to the species? That being said it's obviously something more pertinent that any amount of money you can get, and Bob Monroe is surely happy in his grave knowing that he was able to make the difference even to the people who didn't/don't have the possibility of paying for his work. It's not like you're taking anything from someone's hands you're just getting a DIGITAL copy free of cost.

I don't base my opinions/judgment on what feels better Xanth, if you knew me a little better you would know that.

For me stealing is taking something from someone without their permission, I'm not taking anything from anyone not now not ever. The effect of my download in their bank account is 0.00 %, the effect of my download in their possession of their product is 0.00%. So if there's no effect to them then what's going on? Moral issues? I guess that's open to rationalization.
I would like to ask if there's anyone who never made a free music download, if not you're very probably not a teenager (to say the least) and if you were in time downloads were available you probably would... Unless you don't like music, movies or wtv.
But stealing is stealing, so now I'm a thief and I'll sleep just fine with that.

(I don't care whether people download the tapes or buy them, it won't exert any effect upon my experience. Everyone should do as they please and keep it to themselves, these arguments are needless, in my opinion, except when aimed at policing the boards)

To be honest, I've only used the first three of wave 1 and the first one of wave 2.
I have no real use for everything else.  LoL

I haven't actually used them in a while now either... they've done their job for me, I know what the experiences feel like, so now I'm more interested in trying to attain them with my own methods.  Hence the creation of my own Binaural.

I've just gotten hold of it and I'm finding it interesting. I have to agree theres a bit on there that doesn't totally apply to OBE stuff but it's still good to do.

I like the box tool idea, I'm pretty fascinated with the importance of symbols to the brain and I've found that I can aid visualization by really drawing items or symbols that resonate with the concept I'm trying to attribute to it. I found you cant just sketch something or think up something real quick, it seems best to really sit and think about the concept or emotion you want to tag with it and find something that really clicks.

I'm doing that with a preset environment as a "base" to get to know just as intimately. Still working on it though. I know its a method people have talked about and seems like a sound idea.

For the brief time I had access to the first two Waves (and buying a CD player so that I could use them at the time), I enjoyed the program. The parts that I still use is the Energy Conversion Box, and the induction to the Focus 10 State. Seeing as I haven't got the chance to finish the course, I will say that if the other Waves are as engaging as the first two, then I probably would have success with them. It might not deal with astral projection, but they are still a learning tool to work with in your spare time.

What I liked about the techniques is that it was guided, or rather "engaging"; you were given instructions as to what to do, and then some time to think about the instructions (which is my type of learning style). I also liked the "free exploration" exercise at the end of the Wave, because I used that time to test out everything I learned from the previous ones.

Has anyone used the other Waves at all?

PS: On a side note, didn't the Gateway Experience come in a cassette form at some point? If it did, then the entire series might be cheaper to buy (partially because very few people still use them anymore).
