For people who exist in a multidimensional soul, you are aware of more than one reality at any given moment.  Your thought processes are multidimensional, and you have an entire array of sixth senses, your own spiritual guidance as embodied in the function of the soul to exist. 
The Celestial seems at the uninitiated level to be a dramatic paradox, it is nothing of the sort.  It is all the exact density of balance, harmonized energy, and position in a baseline medium.  As though all levels of space-time could be measured on a musical instrument, as a guitar.

Some of you may remember levels of the astral being explained as being a guitar.  As we strike the notes, it becomes a harmony of existence, and we enjoy a thrilling tune.  So as we come to see that the entire Celestial effects every point within the Celestial, and that God has made a multiverse of Universes each within their own infinite space.  So these become like galaxies, and they are infinite both within and without, psi balls, some types of soul emanation, and Celestial Creation are all working in that it is a perfect energy... there is nothing tarnished or jaded by sentimental values, only the pure residuals of an ever purifacted creation.

Therefore, people who live in a clean environment, with little disturbances on the vocal level, and balance and peace with a whole mind possessing it's required spiritual links, then has the ability to enter the astral and partake of the journies which abound in the Celestial at a different level of intensity in combination with additions and subtractions on a equilibrium of Intense to Null.
