Spherical Vision?

Hello.
First, I will tell me story about spherical vision.
I was a teenager, and heavily involved in my Shadow Quest, developing an immense stockpile of ideas and storyline material for later enterprise, also, building the shadow world that would later be known as a 'Phaentia".  I was very active in imagination, memory, and other mental areas.

People used to love making me laugh, but I'd get a little carried away and laugh well beyond the time space of the joke.  They'd always tell me "Chad, quit killing it!!" and "You killed it.".  Well, that became a perverse mental illness that I like to call 'laughalittus", in which, the entire body spasms and laughs until it gets physically ill.  lol!!  Love that.  Anyway...

We were reading "Flowers For Algernon" in grade eight or nine, I don't remember which it was.  And I was on the school bus, going home, and, I noticed that I could control two visualizations at once.  In one, I was playing with a football, in the other 'screen' I was playing with a baseball.  My ideas concerning awareness at the time changed dramatically when I noticed there was mental space enough to create a 'sphere of vision'.

So I worked with it off and on for the rest of my life.  Basically, you see reality as though you are a giant eyeball, seeing space in it's true three dimensions.  Has anyone else experienced this?  You can work with it, all you do is keep imagining a spherical visual field, rather than a planar one.

Hi Chaos, I'm not entirely sure whether you are talking about "visualising" using spherical vision, or actually perceiving the physical world using "spherical vision". Either way, I'm not sure if you are aware, but there are a number of OOBErs who actually perceive using spherical vision. In other words, they see forward, backward, left, right, top and bottom simultaneously. A few of our board members see this way, and by accounts, this can be a bit confusing the first time.

Now, if you have the ability to visualize this way, that's quite amazing. I can only imagine it's a bit like visualizing yourself as being "inside" whatever it is you are thinking about.Is that correct? In any event, some people do actually perceive this way whilst OOB.

I don't picture myself 'inside' of anything though.
