Post by: the8reader on May 30, 2011, 00:29:46
Hey was seeing who all here drinkis tea. what kinds you drink and your fav. ones... o ya cant for get the ones you drink to help you relax or sleep so you can dream/ap/oobe better.. i will start.

I used to mix the sleepytime tea that helps you fall asleep and the sleepy time tea that relaxes your body.. i think the relaxing one was called tension tamer.

Now i been drinking this brand call yogi tea.. i have been drinking the kava tea they have to relax my mind and body. it is very strong, but is good if you like a hint of metal haha.. it works great and tastes great.. only down fall you cant do it for a long period of time and you can be drunk and then drink it. is does something to you liver, nothing bad by itself but can hurt it i guess.. so take it easy on that stuff..

almost forgot, if there anyone that makes there own tea and has recipies please share, i would like to get into tea mixing...

I drink green & oolong teas. I mostly order from these 2 places:

http://www.adagio.com/  <---- They have a good selection of green teas
http://www.hibiki-an.com/ <---- This is real-deal primo tea straight from Japan. Amazing stuff.

I normally have 3 or 4 different types on hand. Right now I'm drinking a cup of Casablanca Twist, which is darjeeling with fresh peppermint. I really like a good jasmine oolong too.

I drink both Tension Tamer and Sleepytime after dinner.

I too love the jasmine oolong earlier in the day. Also Earl Grey but it does make falling asleep difficult if I have it too late in the day. And I like the GoodEarth blend, both types, with black tea and the herbal (no caffeine). I like Constant Comment type orange spice blends too.

I drink lots of green tea everyday. I used to always have 2 /3 cups of nettle tea every day, but haven't had it for a while now. I must buy some more, I love it. I also drink peppermint tea. It does my stomach good when I feel bloated lol

I drink lots of coffee. A lot. Sometimes almost an entire pot a day. I have no issues falling alseep, but usually don't remember my dreams. I've never successfully projected, and wonder if it's the caffeine that might be interfering.

I drink so much of the stuff that it's going to be hard to quit and am wondering if it'll be worth it.

I think you should try to give it up for a little while, kahuna,  and see if there are any differences... I drink at least a coffee a day swell, I really want to try to give it up for a month at least and see if there is any difference in my projection at all...

Kia ora Kahuna, I like coffee but I now buy decaf coffee by 'Caffe Lafare' as it doesnt keep me awake.

Also I get Decaf Tea by Dilmar and 'Red Bush Tea' an antioxident rich herbal beverage, which is Red Seal's version of the South African Rooibos Tea . Naturally caffeine-free
Cheers djed  :-D
