I have learnt that we live on after death.
I am probably wrong but I am saying from my experiences, there are no monsters, creatures or anything bad.   The astral is like physical except there is no starvation or bad things.

I have removed many types of fears and I have learned that sincere love dissipates any negativity here and in the non-physical.
But how can we think love when we encounter a negative energy either here or in the non-physical. Well, we have to understand that everyone is exactly where they need to be for learning purposes. We must understand this in order not to judge. Each and every one of us has gone at some point through the same actions, we today judge others for. Experience of various circumstances must be encountered to gain knowledge and understanding.
We experience different types of personalities, in different settings. Earth like places are just one of the many types of worlds we experience.
We exists simultaneously in many realities and frequency levels.
The way we perceive time and space is false, due to the limitations of this low frequency reality.
Many people ask if AP is real and not just a product of our imagination produced by our brains. Well, I have many validations, including experiences with my sister, which were later confirmed.
As spirits we are immortal. We are reunited with our deceased loved ones after we cross over, and also we can communicate with them during AP. I have seen and spoken with my dad many times and that gave me great comfort after he passed away.
I have an enhanced sense of adventures even here in the physical. Life here has become so exciting after knowing that we have no limitations and that if I want to fly, I just have to wait until I fall asleep again.
I have leaned that thoughts create things. Instantly in the higher frequency worlds, however, if a thought is strong enough and has the support of a belief, it will manifest here as well after a while. If you continuously have positive thoughts and beliefs of abundance, the chain reaction will provide continuous like events in your life here.

Try to go deeper. Understand that what you encounter has to do with YOUR energy. If you truely had only love in you that's all you would encounter. This is my biggest conviction. The day you fully understand that everything you experience is all about your energy you will be a god-like lol.

Yes but the "learning" is about You. No outside agency forces you to thing or generate "negativity" so when you learn that your mind is the only reality then all the other "lessons" will fall into place. I don't believe that some other, outside power forces us to learn some lessons. But I had that belief in the past and it was a problem.

Ps: You post just made me think and I wanted to say my thoughts, I don't try to contradict you. I hope you will not be mad at me lol.

Thank you for your input, superman! I did not say otherwise. Bit, I am not speaking only of my experience and my own world. I have opened myself to assist others, especially in the astral. If you read our posts here about retrievals, you will understand. If I wish to live in my bubble, then I will encounter no negativity. However, I am willing to assist others, therefore sometimes, their energy will enter my vicinity, in order for me to interact with them.
Another thing is that I am still learning myself. I will continue encountering negativity coming from my own fears and I understand that this is MY energy. But I acknowledge it and I think how to resolve issues and what is it that I need to learn. If I had nothing to learn, then I would not have entered this reality.

Yeah I read about "the help" for others in the astral, thanks to Franck and his posts (and thanks to Xanth for making all the posts in one place)

I help others in this dimension but I never helped (consciously) anyone in the astral lol (I feel a shame now xD) My goal is always to learn about me and the nature of reality and human conscioussnes so I focus on that but I hope soon help others in the astral because now I feel complete about Me and my "knowledge". My life is quite weird since few months, I have nothing to "fix" in the physical, my life is just love, peace and joy haha, there is just that "feeling blessed" feeling... lol so I have plenty of time to think about astral and astral "problems".

I have so much gratitude for this forum, for all the posts and for all of you even if I don't know you. LIGHT & LOVE to you all

From my experiences, I have strongly come to believe that this is where we go after dying.  I also believe when you die the transition is much like how it is to go through the steps to separating in an AP.  This is the first thing I learned which completely made the experience worth more than any belief system I was born into.  I experienced this myself and was my own validation.

The second thing I learned was a thing or two about our physical senses here on earth.  My first OOB I was on my ceiling.  I had been waiting for this moment to happen.  First thing I thought was okay, stay calm.... I had the urge to open my eyes.  When I did this, I awoke.  Okay.  I could see everything in a 360 degree vision.  At the time I thought I had to open my eyes.  Our sense of sight is very limited here on earth. 

On another occasion when in OOB I walked over to my wife who was lying in bed reading on her smartphone.  I couldn't see what she was doing.  I did concentrate on her for a brief moment. HOWEVER, the next day I asked her if she saw me or sensed anything strange.  She said no.  (Didn't surprise me, lol.)  Even though I didn't see what she was doing I had a feeling she was looking at cookies on her phone.  When I told her this, she couldn't believe I knew.  It was like for me to get information in the AP all I need to do is focus on whatever it is I want to know.  I didn't have to see what she was looking at to know.  Our senses on earth are dumbed down.  Lol.

I have had a few other things happen to me that make me realize there is something to this AP stuff.  Validations I guess.  Someday I do wish to speak with certain individuals that have passed on.  I want to experience this for myself.  Anyways, these are things that I have learned.

I really like what everyone has said.  Such good information here.  Bluefirephoenix, what exactly do you mean by, "Love is everything?"  Like, does this mean you need to love everyone or that this is the only thing that matters?  Do you live by this?  I am just curious because I do want to become a better person.  Through time as I have gotten older I get a sense of almost being desensitized.  It's sad really.  I don't want to be like this and I hope maybe you can help me.  Did you always know this or did it come to you from AP and then you changed?

This is exactly "my truth' and my way of life so I will tell you how I live it.
Its not "Love everyone" ... Its about first loveing yourself, making a big concept of yourself, think of yourself as great, as LIGHT or LOVE. Build a conviction that this is what you are that this is the truth. And because your mind is the only reality this is what you will be. And because you generate/project light and love: all people and all events in your life will relfect that! You will percieve only love and light. So you will truely love everyone! It will be natural!
When I was I kid people said me to love my ennemies and everyone but it was so hard, even impossible... But now that I understand the nature of reality and the nature of mind this is natural. You will not see "evil" things not even "enemies" if you don't create hostile thoughts in your mind. So you will LOVE <3 lol
Forget what you created in your past, forget the negativity and build a new life base upon love and light. Then you will understand what Bluefirephoenix said.
