Has anyone done it?
Has anyone actually projected in the merkabah?
please tell us all about it!!!! :-)
a very difficult technique. . . I myself have never attempted it, but Robert Bruce devised a method which does not use the common 2 rotating pyramids in the shape of the Star of David. The pyramid method is very difficult to maintain awareness during the exit attempt.
Robert Bruce's method simplifies the pyramids into two rotating tubes. Instead of the revolving pyramids, one revolves two body length tubes around the body. One tube is rotating clockwise, while the tube around it is rotating counter-clockwise. He speaks of entering a "merkaba lightship" once both tubes are successfully spinning at the speed of light, where one may travel to any time, dimension, or any portion of our universe.
yeah, there is also a very powerful meditation using that merkabah shape, they say that is one of the must powerful among the sacred shapes...

Thanks this is quite helpfull. so you have to imagine the two tubes in front of you the closer one spinning clockwise the other anticlockwise? Maybe you know some link where i can read more on this tube rotation technique?
Sorry Stimpy,
I've been looking for the link but I can't find one. It was one of Bruce's blogs in the "gradhouse" forum which I am no longer a part of.
The tubes are body length completely encompassing it. The one closest goes clockwise, while the tube SURROUNDing that one moves counterclockwise. Please tell me if this is confusing and I'll try to explain it better. If i can find a link which posts the exact method I'll make sure to post it on here too.\
