The NO Body Technique

 I have been working on this technique for awhile now. Trying to simplify towards getting the best possible results. I have it down pact right now, but I wish to see what other people's results would be. I would like to find some people that are interested in trying this. After they try it I would like to see your results here. I think we need to get more feedback on what is happening to people when they attempt different techniques and work together on things from that angle.
For some reason this week has been a great time to Phase/Astral Travel. I have had some of the most unique and deepest session yet to date. It's almost as if there is some kind of unusual energy around that we can easily tap into.
Here' the NO Body Technique:
First you need to sit in a chair, preferably a chair that has a lounging ability. Now I want you to focus your entire attention on your surroundings. Look down your body at the angle you are sitting in, the chair, the carpet or floor underneath. But I don't want you to visualize anything, I just want you to see everything that is in your vicinity form your immediate point of view. After doing this for a couple of minutes, change your point of view to just your body. See your toes, your feet, ankles, work up your body, but only to areas that are in your immediate point of view. Now close your eyes, take a couple of deep breaths and visualize everything you saw. See your vicinity, see your body, but remember don't alter your immediate point of view. Now you are going to start progressive relaxation, feeling each body part, starting at your eyes. Focus on your eyes first relaxing them totally, then your jaws, nose, mouth, head, scalp, neck and all the way down to your toes. When I do this I mentally say "My eyes are relaxed, relaxed, relaxed, my eyes are relaxed", then I put the rest of my face into one section, shoulders, arms into another etc.. Do whatever technique makes you relaxed. This should only take 2-5 minutes. Now I want you to focus on that full picture immediate point of view again. You might see that right now all you can see is your body and the rest is all darkness. This has happened to me a few times and is OK. Now this is where it gets interesting. I want you, starting at your toes to delete those body parts from your view. Meaning I want you to watch as they just disappear, but systematically. Starting at the toes, then feet, ankles, knees etc. This is where I have to say do not fear this, it's scary at first, but you have to release every body part in your immediate point of view, until all you see is just the chair that you were sitting in. The sensations you will be having will be very strong and highly unusual, but stay the course here. Now you have no body, you have nothing to climb out of, because you are just a point of view. Thought=action, so go have some fun.
Today when doing this I had a weird experience, in that when I went back to my focus on the empty chair a point of view I saw an illuminated version of my body sitting there. This was totally unexpected and definitely gave new meaning to the words Light-Worker. The entire Phase session, anywhere I went there was just Light Beings, some of the lights were incredibly bright, some were rather weak and I could also see dark shapes with virtually no light at all. The closer I got to them , the further away they got from. I then walked up to one of the bright ones and by some kind of magnetism we merged. The energy spike was incredible. I also found that we were communicating, but inside. I knew what it/he/she was thinking and I"m sure they knew what I was as well.
Today, well actually about 2 hours ago, I did another Phase session and again was in a world with just these Light Beings. They were everywhere and again I could merge with them. The feeling was incredible, for the first time I can actually say I experienced what other people have been calling PUL and it was awesome.  :-)
If you are interested in trying this, Please post your results in this thread. Give it a honest effort though.

I think the technique sounds good.  I have been trying it for a while but I have not succeeded with it yet.  I will persevere with it.  I think it makes you more and more relaxed so you do not feel your body as much.

I'll definitely be giving this a try!  I use the same progressive relaxation method you mention, but this seems like a way to really ensure the separation of mind and body.

 The reason this technique works so good is it is the "ultimate" show of releasing focus on the body, it really drives that  point home. If you just watched your body disappear before our eyes, than you know the only thing there is now is Consciousness. But, it does bring on some strange sights and sensations. You just have to handle your fear at this point.
