This a Brainwave music software. There are a couple of different brainwave generators out there but this one seems to be the best in my opinion. There are over 100 preset designed anything from alcoholism, success, dreams, sleep, and meditation. It has a very nice graph like interface which allows you to see the stages of the 'track' including which brainwave frequencies are used and when.

You can also create your own, which seems to have tons of potential.

My question is, does anyone have any experiences with this? WHat have you found? and could you give some tips?

I tried one of the predominantly Theta wave tracks and was pretty pleased....

it seems to me all the bin-aural beats have a small but noticable effect on me. nothing drastic and not one is much better than the others.

u just need to find what's right for u on ur own ok?? if it works take it as far as it goes. i got better results meditating, energy work, APing, yada yada.
