Lucid dreams to projections?

Hi,                                    (english is not my first language)
    I have been reading and trying to ap since about 2 years.I had more than 200 lucids dreams and most of the time, I induce them, when I wake up during the night by willing myself into the imagery that come to my mind.Sometimes I feel the vibrations and while lucid dreaming,if I look at my hands I get strong sensations from it,making me believe that I am, at least in some of those dreams,out of my body.
   
    My problem is that I have the impression to be stuck in my little universe,I almost sure that all the "entities" that I met in those dreams are only a creation of my mind.If I fly,I can only go up to a few hundreds feets then I slow down and can't go higher.If I close my eyes and ask to get somewhere or to the real time zone, it always cause a false awake or I really wake up.I need some advices to get further...

Hi. I have had a handful of lucid dreams that I have tried turning into OBEs. In all the LDs I have had, I have always been able to wake myself up (if I wanted to). I usually feel for my body and that usually wakes me up. Now, to turn a LD into an OBE I try to do "feel" for my body, as before, but not as strongly as if I am trying to wake myself up.
Usually what happens next is everything goes black and things fell different, and more real, and I think it is at this point that I my awareness is back in the body, but my body is asleep and I am unable to move it. What also usually happens is I freak out and force myself to wake up. I imagine that, if you could keep your cool, you would be able to trigger an OBE.
Please note, the difference between being in the LD and what I feel when everything goes black and I am unable to move is undeniable. Things feel more real and I feel more "exposed" - which is why I usually get scared and call it quits.

Thank's to you both for your help!I will try what you suggest.I should add that one of the reason why I want to project is to meet my spirituals guides...I have called them in many lucids dreams that I had,but I haven't met them yet.

Flying upwards can be difficult if it's all dark around you

It's not dark,I find myself in many different places,some of them are boring,some other really look like rtz and some of other are "just" wonderful.

I would certainly be interested hearing some of your lucid adventures.

I don't know if you can read french...I have wrote a few in english that I have posted here in the old forum but they seem to have disapeared.
