the higher astral plane

I heard that the astral plane can be divided into 3 basic subplanes: The real time zone, the summerland, and something higher but i have never gotten a description of the higher astral plane, i was just wondering if anyone could tell me a bit about this part of the astral plane.

I don't feel that any of these above  enumeration systems are correct
but there is definitely a spatial organization to higher dimensions . There is also a hierarchy of  degree of difficulty in accessing dimensions .

It is much more difficult
and
let me for brevity sake say that the Gates of Death are above the Temples of Wisdom which are above Shamballah which is above the astral . So I like the term OBE rather than AP as AP connotes a small part of the spiritual realms which we have explored and one of low frequency vibrations.  The Gates of Death is an Angelic Realm of Light and portals
The Temples of Wisdom are quite similar to the description on this site :

but not exactly We have found that the temples connect to Shamballah below and the Gates of Death above . For example the Gate of Truth Justice connects to the Summerland Hospice and the Temple of Compassion and then  to Shamballah . There are even lovely secret doors to find like the door at the base of Pele's volcano which leads to a hub of sorts . There is so much to see and it is the best mind candy i have found in this lifetime much more orgasmic for the mind then the fruits of crossword puzzles or rubkis cube or dungeons and dragons or video games .
