If you want to communicate with your subconscious, stop IGNORING it. Its probably ticked off about at least a few things. Fix those things then it might say something more interesting.

Hi buddies!
I've recently searched in this forum for old topics about the subconscious but, even if I've found something about this subject, I preferred to open another, more recent, discussion that could work as a FAQ about the processes that brings us to talk with our "inner voice".
Of course I'm asking for contribution because I still cannot "hear" my subconscious talking to me by concrete toughts (and not just by feelings or emotion).
Of course the articles on Robert Peterson homepage and PsiPog were extremely helpfull but I just can't manage to build up a more "confidential" connection with my subconscious...
Would you share your "techniques & personal experiences" about this very interesting subject?
