Sleep Paralysis Guide?

Okay, so I've heard so many stories of SP, and I don't believe I've consciously experienced it.
I've read the stickies that Bedeekin has, and it really helped (thank you). But, I'm still not sure on how to induce it.
I really wish to have some experience with this as people say that it is a good way to NPR.
So, my question. Can someone direct me to a post, or give me direction/tips on how to consciously experience it?

You can experience it in a few ways... but there is one very effective way that I have honed over three decades... and not for myself; that's something I now do by suggestion.

So there are many time periods that SP can be experienced... before sleep... waking up from slow wave sleep... and in the morning after a nights sleep. There are many inbetweeny times that I am sure many members will describe but for starters try to stick to one method at a time.
