Of course, I will remain open to other possibilities but right now phasing is the right term for me. But it's hard to lose all the other terminology when trying to help others with their journey. What ever works, works.
This is very important. You must find what works for you.

This is why when you read anything here, don't take it for an absolute until you have proven it yourself, unitl it truly resonates with you.

We are the same in many aspects, but we do perceive things differently depending on our upbringing, level of intelligence and belief systems!  :-)

Here is silly me who keeps trying to go to the RTZ when I keep ending up phasing into the NPMR. Never had much luck with the RTZ. @_@
Take to the sky, feeling so alive! Past the clouds to the Milky Way, share our secrets with the starry brigade. The stars surround us like a million fireflies. For once I see infinity... it's in your eyes.

The "phasing" term we use here describes a method for projecting your consciousness via a smooth transition from "here" (this physical reality) to "there" (any reality that isn't this physical reality) with no break in consciousness.

Ohhh I love you Xanth!  :-D
Because of you I started looking at Frank's description of phasing...

Quote from: Frank
The way this is done is rather different from the traditional ways of initiating an "out of body" experience. In fact, Phasing does not incorporate any kind of out of body feelings at all.

The key to Phasing is to just let the experience flow. You need to allow yourself to become it, as opposed to trying to go to it, or point to it, with some kind of "method". Just lay back and simply become it.

I think I have been phasing the past few years  :-o

I'm in bed in a normal state of mind when suddenly I'm out. There's no technique or method, I just know it's happening and it happens. Although when Frank says "The normal bodily vehicle can remain and all that changes is a person's environment." that throws me way off as far as understanding what he means.

THAT... is phasing.  :)

That quote you did of Frank... he makes it sound so very easy.  Well, I'm here to tell you that what Frank wrote there *IS* as easy as it gets.
The problem most people have is they try to over-complicate things to the point where the individual ends up getting in their own way!

As Frank, and Lionheart said... Phasing is all about not really doing anything!  It's about allowing yourself to "become it" (notice he says become *IT*)... projection isn't something you do, it's something you are... or as Frank said, it's something you become.
