Title: Using a sleep mask
Post by: Fusions on June 07, 2014, 21:05:16
I often get pulled out of dreams in the morning because light goes into the lower part of my eyes, I bought a sleep mask today, that should solve it.

Are you a light sleeper then?
Light sleepers tend to be more "here" than "there".

But yeah, that should be fine.

Very often I go to sleep at anywhere from 3-5 am, so I find a Sleep Mask very helpful and I use it often.  :-)

I have tried all kinds of them, but the one I like the most is my "Mindfold".

Why not use one of those REM dream masks if you're going to be wearing a mask anyway.  They're suppose to help induce lucid dreams.  I bought one before, but I just couldn't stand sleeping with a mask on my face.

Do those Lucid Dream masks actually work? Have never tried one. Anyone have any success with one?

It's just a black mask. Does it aid in LDs? That's up to you. It's the next thing I am going to blame my progress on...lol.

I mean one of those sleep masks that has the LEDs. Has anyone used one of those?

It may help...or it may hinder...what's your choice? You don't know except to try...
