I do quite a lot of palliative care for end of life and have to make decisions regarding administration of medications mostly pain medication. That and people who are unable to communicate physically. It's frustrating to try to guess if the person's in pain.  A possible solution I thought of if astral projection were possible under the circumstances which  it may or may not be. If a projector could commicate with the patient to determine comfort and other needs. I've not been able to  control the projections yet. I don't know of anyone whose tried this. It could be the role of a shamanic practioner but they're not usually called in with these sorts of cases and they're usually inpatient at a Hospital. It might help parents of colicky babies too.

I'm looking for info on the level and quality of communication that can occur with people who are not consciously projected, if it is adequate to determine comfort of the physical body.
