I've been reading a lot of Frank's stuff, as well as other's like Tom Campbell, and I am wanting to get some ideas for short 5 to 10 minute "excercises" or sessions that I can do while I am on my tea break at work, or on the train or anywhere, which I can use to promote my Astral experiences. Just plonking down on the sofa or bed at night (or in the morning) and trying to Astral stuff without any other thought of it during the rest of the day is apparently not as helpful to the promotion of Astral experiences.. but I don't have the time to do a full TMI tape throughout the day.. I might have only 10mins here and 10mins there throughout a day but rather than wasting that free time because I can't do a full tape, I was wondering if there's something I "can" do?

Ideas and suggestions please.

Progressive relaxation is a good aide, it works when you are stressed. I would say Visualizing is great practice, you can easily do that in 5-10 mins. Just close your mind and create an object, geometric shape, etc. Then everyday build on it, add some color, change the size, add a background etc. This will aide you quite a bit in training your mind.

One thing you can do is assume a more energetic personality.
People in the modern world are afraid to do that, due to the psychosis accusations and possibility of having all psychic activity restricted by vile medicine.
If you can build up your energy by adopting or assuming something similar to a 'god form', you can build that energy all day long, even while you are doing other things.  You can multitask.  You can.

In my experience, simply wanting an astral experience isn't enough.  You have to really want to experience it.  On the flipside, we are already living in the astral!  Physical Universe and Spiritual Planes all exist as a perception of the same vibration.  You can do whatever you want in your own field, finding a way to hang on to your energy can be hard but it can be done.  Build up your energy all through the day, then, when you relax at night, you can rip and shred the astral planes like a true born demi god.

How can I say that differently?  Here...
- when you wake up, notice the sensation in and around your head, that feeling like, 'i want to go back to sleep'...  your planar alignment is coming into focus, and by the time you get out of bed, your day has already been decided, so I'll say for now
- after you have fully woken up and taken a whizz and brushed your teeth, just go and stand at your bedside for about two minutes, just look at your bed and see if any sensations or memories of dreams start to surface
- as you are out the door to work, try and regain that phased energy flow and simply hold it all through the day, you can even defy ordinary physical laws if your kinetic phase is attuned to the baseline

Alternately, in your breaks, focus the technique, "Dark Bomb"... ???  No idea what a dark bomb is?  I'll have to find the file.  There are different types of dark bomb techniques, one is a shield, the other is a targetted offensive, and another still that enables slight mutations, endomorphically.  You don't have to use dark bomb, you can just try and energize yourself.

I'll have to see how it goes for me tonight, earlier today I went for a walk and concentrated 'purification energy' into my solar plexus chakra.  I didn't walk very far, but gleaned a sense of energy that had my thought overiding the schizophrenia, the Menace or Voice which is always stealing my time.  It felt great.  Perhaps you could try that as well, like a Purification Blast of some kind.

Oh!  Here it is.  In my mind, such a thing exists as a "Hyperion Beam".  This does not come directly from the game, Pokemon, for Nintendo systems.  The Hyperion Beam is not actually a beam that is projected or shot at anything.  It is a system of ascension all of it's own type.  What you do is...
- focus an incredible velocity, imagine yourself flying directly upwards at maximum speed
- keep working on that velocity, increase speed
- eventually, you will gain a hyperion charge

So it's basically about increasing speed.  You have to watch out!  Don't release the energy, but continually concentrate it, or just hold the energy.  Almost immediately after increasing your velocity, you will notice visualizations popping up and feelings rising inside of you, like an excitement.  You can and must continually charge the Hyperion Beam in order for it to work.  Watch out for spontaneous combustion!!  lol  Really!!  Just keep accelerating, in imagination, and it builds the hyperion charge for the beam.  It's not a beam, it's an energy state.  You might eventually be able to fly and certainly, you will run very fast if you are capable of running at all.  Keep the pressure on, you can go in any direction and eventually the hyperion beam gets to be omnidirectional.  At that point, you become a celestial entity, and will have long left the physical illusion.

Thanks for all the ideas, I like the Hyperion Beam idea.. it's something I can keep going in the back of my imagination throughout the day.

Also the part about looking at bed after I get up sounds like a good idea.. and I can visualise my bed even when I am doing other tasks.. multi-tasking.. and concentrating on that energy flow/ebb.

Imagine seeing into areas you cant fully see into. If you see a cup, imagine what it would look like to be in the cup looking up. You can visualize being under a table you can see, or in a light bulb, behind a poster. Use things you can actually see but put yourself into a part of them you cant see or wouldnt fit in.

Can be done with eyes open at any time and is much easier than remote viewing something you cant see.

I heard a lot of talk about energy.  Didn't pay attention to any of it, had my own energy to work with.  Last night I relearned that "Jesus is Love", and I had to cry.  Then I was happy.  Then that part of me died in sleep.  On waking up, it's like I was coming out of some day five years ago, or was it yesterday or the day before?  Have a smoke.

Negative Energy
Positive Energy?
Neutral?
Kinetic.
Speed.
Dimensional Intensity.
Rate Of Conscious Perception Of Time.
And so much more.
Or is that it?

I've gone through hundreds of pages of energies.
Tainted.
Corrupt.
Malformed.
Incomplete.
Destructive.
Hot.
Cold.
Bright.
No Vision.
Emotion... of such.
Sentiments of all types and manners.
And so on.

So now I'm high, and you know what?  The astral isn't my life.  My life used to be something I called "Brainwave".  As the characters and story progressed through battle sequences, I just lost interest in doing anything else.  Bogus.  Always thought I could become Phaentia, but that's like trying to say that there was never any hope for a Goddess.  Jesus come in.

Who cares?  I'm going for a walk.  Having a body is fun.  Then again, I seriously doubt the nature of my reality, it's open ended to anything that wants to try to blame me for an existence.  Quoting scripture is useless.  Being beneath that clear blue sky, it's like being in the astral, with kingdoms in the clouds and fields of endless productive land.  But this isn't paradise, and be damned if I'm gonna kiss butt to live.  My life is in Jesus, before that, it was about magick.  It was about Creation.  I've created anything and everything that I could, and I'm happy with that.  Now it's my life.  If the wild animals eat me, then I'll just have to find some way to spark a new consciousness.  It doesn't have to be this long, drawn out, enfeebling mental practice of phantasy.  It can be pure psionic.

I just like to check out this forum and read about other people's experiences. If you can get internet on your phone or something it's quite convenient, and it keeps it in the back of my mind.

I suggest working on "instantly relaxing" random muscles around your body.
You can do this at any point during your day... and it only takes a few minutes.

Just focus on a specific body part and place your Intent towards willing it to "relax".  Try to get to melt the tension from the muscles of your chosen area.
The more you do it, the faster you'll be able to do it and the quicker you'll get into your trance state.

Chris J.

I have to suggest focusing on your intent to have an experience and seeing what happens as a result of that.

Honestly, I disagree with focusing on relaxing. The reason is because by focusing on relaxing, you are drawing your attention to your body instead of toward having an experience. Give your body a comfortable place and position, and let it relax on its own while you focus on having an experience. But this isn't to say that tense muscles can't or won't cause problems.

Lionheart

Focusing on relaxing prepares you for Phasing. You are right, if you have tense muscles it usually will impede your progress.

Yup, and as Chris mentioned... there comes a point where you have to stop "focusing on relaxing" and move your awareness within.  :)

Goodstuff guys.

Sorry for going a little bit off topic there.

I dunno?  Perhaps just pressing the awareness until you breach the dimensional seals, that seems to be the way to do it.

Has anyone tried worship of God?  Whenever I get into a 'worship fit' I start having very intense dreams.  Lots of color, and very deep or great meaning.  If I could just do it with more continuity, I could achieve something, I'm sure of it.

One thing I have found to be very beneficial is reading Frank Kepple's visualisation suggestion for following along with the TMI tape #2. When you read a book or similar, your astral mind immediately focuses and starts to create imaginings of the world or event that is occuring in the book. It's just the way it works, you become into what I like to call a "Book Focus State". No longer are you purely physical and just reading words on a page, there is more going on.

In anycase, by reading through Frank's visualisation technique, you are engaging with it in the "Book Focus State" and it becomes more real than just words on a page. By reading this, at least once, during the day leading up to a session using that tape; you are preparing yourself on many levels of awareness to be attuned to the experience. It makes it much easier to focus on the visualisation and consequently you get more "into it".

So I think that if you have some method or way of getting to a deeper level, and I mean a step-by-step guide rather than just abstract concepts, then you can read it through, at least once, prior to using it in your session.
