hey all,
i was meditating the other night and i felt like something was being pulled out of my chest and a i heard a few sort of clicking noises.
has this happened to anyone before? if so what is it?
Something happend to me like that in the summer when I was practicing for an OBE, my chest felt this weird pressure, but it wasnt like a nervous feeling it was weird, and like my neck and head felt weird to. They felt like they where raised off the pillow, but I could feel the pillow and I knew that my head was on the pillow. Then I opened my eyes and my head and neck slowly fell back to the pillow, but they where already there. i know that sounds weird lol i had a hard time trying to explain it.
i understand it :)
but mine was more like something was being errm 'pulled' out of me from the chest and then shoulders then head + neck im really confused about it
anyone got any other answers??
