Hi Shedt

I`ve been using Gateway for over a year.My advice is to spend plenty of time on number one.Getting familiar with focus 10 is very important and is the basis for everything else that follows.I listened to the first CD for three weeks before moving on but I wasn`t in a hurry.A tip for making focus 10 better is to practice it for about 20 hours! Also check your expectations at the door,  relax as much as you can and then go deeper. It`s not a race so take it slow and have fun with it.

  Happy Trails

We have a member/moderator who has not been around for a while named Frank. He authored a long thread called Gateway Wave 1 pointers. In that thread, and in other posts elsewhere, Frank states that while he bought the whole Gateway Wave series, that he ended up using Wave 1 again and again. For a full discussion of the Gateway Wave tapes/cds see the link below:

When should I switch from the first cd too the next ?  I've tired the first a couple of times and moved on to the next one, but i'm just wondering if i should go back to the first. i seem too get into a nice trance in the second one. and when i'm done, i wish it was longer. like 40 min seems only like 20 !

should i move on to the next one ?

any tips on making focus 10 better ? like maybe i hould exercise first to losen my body up ?

thanks !
