does anyone take these on a regular basis?

do they help your with getting to LD state to project from?

when you fight it if you do, does that help and or after you fight it and fall asleep does that help you have LD or false awakenings?

do you remember most of your dreams or do they just know you the F out and nothing recalled in the morning?

I DO KNOW YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE DRUGS TO HELP PROJECT.

i am not looking to use them to project but to help me get more sleep or better sleep and am just looking for some informaiton.

and befor i foget has it messed with anyones AP,OBE? made them worse like none at all or have you had more?

Yes, it has messed with my efforts. If you can get to sleep without it the avoid it.

I take Ambien to help myself sleep. I've never been a morning person so to get some sleep and be rested before work I take it. I have to say it puts me out cold. I have a hard time remembering any of my dreams. When I don't take it I don't sleep as deeply and have a tendency to remember my dreams.

I would suggest you don't take it to assist with any projection or LD state because at least for me I fall into a deep deep sleep. As always only use prescription medication under your doctors orders.

If I fight the Ambien I find that I sleep walk and have no memory of doing so... believe it or not I find things moved and empty food wrappers or plates and have no memory of it. That is rare for me though. I make it a point that when I feel it kick in I go to bed.

Personally now that I'm really starting to try to achieve AP and LD states I wish I did not start taking Ambien. For some people like me it causes eating problems before bedtime, short term memory problems, and this works against my ability to remember my dreams. I'm working towards stopping its use altogether.
You can only deal with peoples tech issues for so long before something happens deep in your brain....Something dark....
