Hello.
Should i say im a beginner? or an old veteran?
i know i was astral projecting and experienceing alot of crazy stuff when i was a kid, my world back then was insane.

So after many years with school, work etc, i decided to just go in peace with my self again, then this topic got my attention.
I just knew ive been doing this many times, and i can even remember once i was standing next to my bed looking at myself,
i think i was giving myself hugs aswell.

Im still experiencing Paralysiz regulary, very often.

So i forgot all this, and been trying to do it again a few times the last year.. but i just cant.

I felt a little exhausted and tired long before bedtime today, i just went to the to relax, not really to sleep but to relax.

I was thinking about trying to project, and this time i think i got really close.

I was lying there but in a very bright room, i had some spotlights on over my head so that i got a whiter vision while closing my eyes.
I brought some more confortable setting.

I felt that typical feeling u feel when ur about to sleep, the paralysis came very slowly and as it came, i got anxious and heartbeat raised a little bit...
i always get a little anxious of it, dunno why.
So i just kept lying there, resisting to nod off, i was still awake, could open my eyes and stuff, but it started to get so..
hmm so weird, all my thoughts seem so real,
then i started vibrating, and YES, that was no ''tingling feeling'' as a musican i know frequencies, and what i felt was literally
the work of a subwoffer in my head!!
wob wob wob wob wob, i could feel it oscillating, i belive it was a constant freq but it sounded like it went fast and then slow, i could
feel it in my whole head, evey sound from the external world was distorted and the vibration was really powerful.

I was thinking formyself, that now im in for some heavy excrement.

But i couldnt get past it, it went of, then i was able to make it come back, and i could control it for quite a few minutes.
I didnt really get furthrer, but at the same time as this was happening i was kinda dreaming.. sort of.. awake.
I remember i scratched above my butt because it itched down the spine, but when i woke up, i tried scratching
again.. but it didnt feel like it felt a minute ago.

when i woke up, it was like waking up to a much more ''bad'' world, because the tiny dream-like state i was in
had pretty positive energy and it gave some euphoria, yeah, i pretty much experienced euphoria besides the paralysis and the vibration.

Does this sound like i was on the right way?
i have no idea how to get past this stage, but i will check out this forum more:)

Peace.

You can be a beginner and an old veteran if you haven't done this stuff for years :)
You shouldn't need to do anything to get past that stage, except maybe some kind of exit method to get the astral body moving.
The vibrations occur at the point of exit, so when they subside you are either out-of-body or you woke up. Being awake or out-of-body can feel exactly the same, so you should do a reality check, even if you're convinced you're awake.  If the reality check tells you that you projected, you might be able to get up easily, or you might feel like your astral body is partially paralyzed and it's very difficult to move.  If that happens, try to roll over hard onto your side and you should find that your astral body moves away from your physical body.
When you're in the vibrational state, you can either just go with it, or you can attempt to intensify them and control their movement throughout your body. Either way, they will not last long, but when they subside, don't take it for granted that you are awake as you may well be OOB.

Nickspry,

You wrote some very interesting information here about vibrations. Thanks.

Yes, that is what an intense session of vibrations should feel like.
