Hi everyone, glad to read you as always.

Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night, didn't check the time. I stayed still, and was very aware of my position in bed. I suddenly could see my wall in front of me, and a big white bright symbol... kind of a maze, very very bright, very clear. I had my eyes closed. But could still see the wall, and the maze itself, while being very aware of my body, and my state of consciousness.

I opened my eyes, thinking that I already had them open at that moment (when you just woke up, you're sometimes not sure if you have your eyes open, or where you are... etc. Takes me a few seconds to gain back lucidity).

Once I opened them I realized I was seeing that with my eyes closed, but it was so clear...

Any feedback?.

Have a nice night/day/afternoon, life in general. See you all some day

Hi,
Sounds like a strong visualisation.
Any background noise?
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

It sounds like you were living the life of a "lab rat", lol. Just kidding.
Congratulations on your success. It seems like this may have been one of the many quests that can be found in the NPR. This always keeps it interesting!  :-)

I think, it was a lucid dream, but I am not so sure.

You dont need to be sure of the type...

I have had a similar experience on a few occasions... one of which I only wrote down in a forum that folded and for a magazine called Lucid Dream Exchange.

I am the Ben Phillips mentioned.

Thank You for sharing that PDF link with us Bedeekin.  :-) The entire PDF was great.
Reading your technique of awaking after a dream, then Consciously reentering it again reminds me of what I do, but I called it "Rescripting". It's an excellent way of gaining full control of the scenario. Usually my rescripting APs come after some kind of disaster or quest in a Dream, where I awaken, but don't like the results. I then go right back into that Dream fully Consciously Aware and change the outcome.

Great magazine overall actually. I think you can get back issues.

This is another copy... http://dreaminglucid.com/issues/LDE44.pdf the first article is an interview with a very good friend of mine Ian Koslow. (we are part of  a Lucid Dreaming inspired watch company called Time-Peace... long story).

Rescripting is an apt terminology.  :-)

Sorry for not answering before. Thanks for all the responses.

I will check the PDF right away.

Also, I'm dedicating to this with a different approach. I have now free time in the afternoons, when I get home, so I can take long naps. I decided to practice before, and after the nap.

Also, last night I decided to listen to an interview from the radio program "coast to coast AM", I didn't have any intentions on leaving my body, I only wanted to relax, listen, and drift to sleep.
I recommend anyone with some free time to hear it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcHxLUzCxR8.

While I was listening to it, I got completely relaxed, to the point where once again, my entire body started spinning very very very fast. I could still hear the interview perfectly, was very very aware of what was going on, and really, My body was just spinning, no sense of the bed, only my self spinning. I didn't get nervous as before, I was perfectly calmed and enjoyed the ride.

I did ask for help around me, to aid me in my task (whatever it is). I don't usually ask for help, but this time I did.

This spinning sensation happened around 3 or 4 times in the hour I stayed there. After I thought I had enough, I opened my eyes and I saw this shadow figures on top of my body, floating. Some of them were very small, and was going down to my chest, others were large, and were going up and down my body from feet to head. Some others were up in the ceiling.

It's not the first time I've seen these. But I really have no idea what they are. I know it's not my imagination, cause I can see them clearly, so so clearly, and they move with free will, If I stay still, looking up the ceiling, some of them pass by and get out of sight, if I turn my head to one side to look at them, there they are.

Any idea??, or has anyone experienced something like this?.  Both, the spinning, and the shadows.

Thank you in advance ;)

I just read the first pdf you've send me. The spinning sensation, the 3d symbols... the "Merkaba" thing, is exactly what happens to me. Though, I have never had them together, Either 3d white symbols visualizations, either the spinning madness (only that not vertical as you explain, mine is horizontal).

Will have to get more info about it. Thank you Bedeekin

I haven't found much about it to be honest. What I've read doesn't really relate to what I Feel, who knows. All I know is that, that spinning occurs very very often. I know it can help me get out of body if I keep the spinning up. and if for example  I increase the speed.

We'll keep you informed as always,

Have a nice day my friends

Try to spin like the rotors of a helicopter. Focus on spinning and elevating at the same time. You can visualize this to help you as well!
