Title: where are the vibrations?
Post by: Lord_Dark_Forses on December 26, 2011, 00:03:21
Hello,
i was listening to a tape of a guy telling that im going to be conscious in my dream, that im going to lucid dream (im brainwashing my head xDD) and i kind of felt asleep probably after 30 minutes listening to the tape, and i could feel myself bouncing with the waves of the binaural beat, and all that happened in 40 minutes.

then, for 30 minutes i was laying down on my bed imaging a landscape, and while i was doing it, i was telling myself "look at the water, look at the tree, feel the grass, put your head under the water, look at the fish, you at the sky" so i could keep my mind focus on the landscape i could see a bit of light through my eyelids and one or two things.

then i changed positions, and lay down on my stomach, like i was going to sleep, and then i imagined an eye and focused on it, and when i got distracted i would remind myself to look at it and i would say "look at the eye, dont lose the eye from your attention", i again i could see light through my eyelids, and one or two weird things that popped out of nowhere, then i turned my attention to the piiii sound in my ear, and all that happened in another 30 minutes.

physically my body was very relaxed, and numbed, heavy, but where are the vibrations?

how can i get the vibrations?  :?

you will get the vibrations when your not expecting it... Imagine your physical body turning off, drifting into a deep hypnogic state, then awakening but to find your consciousness has shifted.

basically, it is like this:

1. relax, use technique method to release your physical body to sleep
2. specific amount of time goes by, your body, mind is aware of all events.
3. your mind awakes, but body is completely paralyzed and asleep.
4. once your deep into this awaken state, its not easy to open your eyes, awake, your deep in-between bodies. vibes occur here
5. focus on your exit technique.

i have noticed that when i focus on different parts or methods is what i get:

for example: when i focus that im outside of the body i can feel my astral body bouncing.

and when i focus on something like a landscape i dont feel nothing.

i kind of find easier to get out through the dreams into the astral. but im not going to give up on the conscious exit.

don't waste your time on stuff you don't doesn't work.. in other words, if your failure have been in the mind-awake body state, focus all your energy on the sucess you had with entering the OBE from the dream state.

last, I would be vigilant with documenting your results, times, dates, experiments so you can fine tune it. otherwise, you will be randomly target shooting.

i had a WILD the other day, and got out but i got out of the dream so fast that when i got the astral everything was grey, for a second, then white, and then i focus on my room but then everything turned again white, i went back into my body :\

but im still wondering if the Melatonin i took had anything to do with it.

im waking up 2 per night with an alarm, and listening to the tape before going to sleep.

i have to really, really brainwash my head to have lucid dreams more often :| i do reality check every 15-20 minutes xDD and say affirmations before sleep.

thats the best way to go for results is tricking your senses and brain in random wake-ups. it's tough on the physical sleep pattern, but the beauty of making it to the astral is a gift!
