I have been following Frank's posts and involved deeply in phasing now. I as just wondering where is Frank now? his posts are too old and he dint post anything recently.
Is he well and alive now?
I kind of miss him.

I know this link. But thanks for sharing it again.
Why that guy suddenly disappeared and didn't leave any footprint behind. I mean the only things we have are his forum's posts. He didn't even explain so many things about his own discovery like focus 4 and many other things. At one point he mentioned that he could write a book about Focus 4.
Even if he is ill, people around him can take initiative to publish his discovery.
It's a kind of disaster to miss a person like him.
There was a member here who used to be his room mate of sort of around.
Lets wait and see if anyone comes from his side.
I have done a lot in phasing and followed his footstep but didn't reach the focus 4 yet (kind of close to it). Phasing as he explained, helped a lot to me and my father. We both followed as he said and reached where we wanted, and now it's like fun for us. If anyone wants to know anything, I would be happy to assist.
Exploring astral (and beyond) is a way easier with phasing than classic OBE.

Some of the people here seem to like Frank a lot and hold him in high esteem. They enjoy studying his 'phasing' techniques. But where is Frank now? He is dead. For those of you here that want to dance around the question of dying. Yes you can die from astral projection and phasing. Frank was a nice man but like many before him he was not ready for what's out there and met his untimely end. The same will happen to many here if you don't wise up and start playing this game seriously.
When I go out and explore the higher planes of existance I am not looking to find enlightenment. I do so only to explore, to boldly go where no man has gone before. I know it's not safe and I know that it's full of danger but if I can't take a little bloody nose, maybe I oughtta go back home and crawl under the bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross, but it's not for the timid.

i don't believe it's unsafe and full of danger. i didn't have a clue what astral projection was until i started doing it.
why would i be pulled into something so dangerous, unwillingly?

Attached entities enter a person's auric field, the electromagnetic energy surrounding a physical body, where they can cause a host of problems. i've never practiced anything.
i had no idea what astral projection was. i thought i was having a CRAZY dream until it happened a few times and i started doing some research. it was only after i started reading that i came across the term astral projection and learned of robert monroe.
this has been going on for 3 years - i've never done it intentionally - and i've never been harmed.

How come you know Frank is dead? how can you be so sure about it?
The path of enlightenment is always SAFE and secure and nothing can harm you EVER. You are accepting that you even go there where other people don't and you are saying that Frank was immature and he didn't know what is ahead and he lost his life. If you read his posts carefully you will know how much energy work he has done before and he kept doing that.
It's all in your head, if you believe that other entities can harm you, they will. If you don't they will not. It runs on your belief system.
You are GOD, and God is not that weak dude.

Oh boy, if you were to post one of your experiences instead of criticizing mine for once, I don't think I could convey they level of delight and joy I would feel.

You can not be harmed while AP'ing, it helps to know how to ward off negative entities/beings, or they can taunt you or try to scare you, but they can NOT harm your physical body.
Read a book.

For the majority of us that take our time to learn and become comfortable with AP, we turn out more than OK. There are going to be scary moments for everyone, it's part of the process of growing. Fear is probably your worst enemy in this game.
