Title: WILD
Post by: Canning_s on December 11, 2010, 01:55:45
I am interested in inducing a WILD. Tonight I am going to go to sleep, wake up 6 hours later and then try to stay conscious as i go back to bed. What is the best way to stay conscious from waking so I can enter into a lucid dream? I have a LucidRemix.mp3 which I will try.

Any advice or thoughts on this topic?

thanks

Well, in my opinion, what you're attempting is something I call "Phasing".
It's the form of projection that Frank Kepple did and taught... and is a form that Robert Monroe discovered.

I'd suggest the "Noticing" exercise.  :)

That should get you started.  :)

OK, I had a lucid dream last night using my technique. :)

To increase my chances, I would like to listen to an mp3 before I go to sleep to increase my chances at a lucid dream during the night. What is a good example of this?

The thing for me is to not be sleepy. I would suggest trying to induce a WILD when you are not very tired and close to when your biological clock says you should be sleeping.
