Hi all, when I meditate after a while I often feel a sensation at the top of my head.   It feels like something is pressing hard on my head.   If I concentrate on it, the feeling gets a lot stronger.   I was wondering would this be a good ap technique.   If yes, how would I use it to ap.

People believe this to be the third eye if you concentrate hard enough it removes your focus from the physical do it long enough and have intentions of protection you will get there.

Looke (:

Any technique that works to create a NP focus is going to work for you. There are tons of way to accomplish this. You just have to find one that you are comfortable with.

You could begin with focusing on the top of your head, then gradually bring that focus higher and higher until you are focusing on points well above you.

Thanks everyone.   I will try it.   I am very appreciative having this forum.   It is great to get advice.    Without an ap forum I would have to try to figure out everything myself.

You know that's not a bad thing either though. Sometimes we can only answer our own questions ourselves. But we always have to meet/face the challenge of getting there ourselves.

For many years tons of people have found success with AP, well before sites like this even existed. They learned on their "feet" per say, by doing.  :-)

Much of this Art in general consists a lot of just good ole common sense!
