Hey all,

Yesterday i was reading some posts about Brain Wave Generator which spurred me into digging out my copy and re-installing it on the PC.

I went browsing on the site for files that could assist in energy raising. I found this one called Double helixed pyramid, it sounded interesting so i used it an..... BOY! What a feeling. I regularily excerise on raising energy, but never have i felt them pulsating so much. My sub navel became a sub-woofer!!!!

I will use that sample again but i'm being careful not to go to far, to soon, i dont want my body to become dependant on an external device to raise energy. I see it as a glimpse into the future, i cant wait until i develop the natural focus an ability to raise that much energy (Probably a long way off)

For anyone interested i suggest they download that sample. It worked for me anyways.

Does anyone else have any other downloaded settings that have worked for them?
(I reckon this question has already been asked but, never mind)

Because not all of us can AP on our own.  

I actually agree, I am making very very slow progress, and even sometimes backwards progress. I hope one day I may be able to AP and have lots of Lucid Dreams.
