I've come to realize from performing WILDs that we have FAs all of the time, probably at least once every night.

We have a 'false' awakening everyday... we spend all day wrapped up in it... because it is abidingly constrained in nature, is completely consciously and objectively interactive... we drop the 'false' pretence.

HA!  Yeah, that's exactly what this physical reality experience is... a false awakening!  :)

For me, this is why the NPR is so seductive. If we are really truthful, we admit to ourselves that we have little control of anything in the physical, if any at all.

Abidingly constrained...a most accurate description.

Lol! Epic.

Now we just have to answer the question, if a false awakening is a simulation, what can that tell us about beginnings?

Everything which has a beginning is by that very fact - a simulation.

You can simulate anything except a beginning.

is there a way to go from false awakening to AP? I keep trying to induce things to happen like OBE. I think I projected a little bit
this morning but after it, I got a ton of false awakenings and I dont know why but once I know its a false
awakening I keep trying to wake up in this reality even though Im trying to induce something interesting to happen. If I knew something interesting would come from the
false awakening I wouldn't try to wake myself up.

I actually think that most of my experiences have started while in a false awakening rather than actually being awake. The trick is that you think you are awake, so there's no point in trying to wake yourself up. It doesn't matter so much HOW you get there.

I think these have made my exits much easier because my physical body isn't there to distract me. What I think is my physical body doesn't have those distracting itches or needs to swallow. Who knows though. Maybe I've been awake most of the time, haha!

But sometimes I will false awaken in another location and not realize it until I actually wake up where I'm supposed to be. Once I woke up forgetting that I was in China. @_@
