Zen just is.
He explains it well. As well as it can be explained, which it can't.
In Aikido, after we've completed a technique and thrown our opponent, we enter into the zazen mindset.
The gentleman in the video touched upon it actually, by name.
It's very much what he described... but yes, exactly as Stookie said.
As close to it's description as one can get describing something indescribable. LOL
