This rings a bell, in that if one exercises hard, and/or changes their sleep pattern, one might experience lucid dreams more frequently.Perhaps the drug is creating the same effects - moving your REM sleep schedule slightly out of phase with the routine it is used to....so that you "wake up" in the middle of a dream, for instance.
Clandestino, you're most likely correct. And I have to add that I like your
reply. I believe Zopiclone to cause a more healthy sleep cycle by reducing
night time awakenings and by not suppressing deep sleep like most sleep
medications do. Waking up in the middle of my dream is what happened. I
became aware of a dream in progress. I was aware of laying in bed and moving
away from my body. No stretch of the truth.

I took some melatonin, because I wanted the thrill of sleep paralysis.
it did give some good results but it was unncessary since my body releases enough to paralyze me anywayz.
However, I will try this zopiclone.

Someone a while back asked if anyone knew of a drug that might work to
cause an OBE or related state. I stumbled on it, it's called Zopiclone
and comes in one strength - 7.5mg. I tried it once and it caused
false awakenings and lucid dreams in my case. I used it once so if anyone
has any other experience with it please post your info. Thanks
