1st Astral Projection

Hi I would like to thank everyone who helped me come to this achievement on this forum. I have not been on in a long time but the night before yesterday I had my first Astral Projection experience at a school camp. I chose the room that had no one in it but of course there were still bunk beds.

I started off as normal I lied down and just relaxed I told myself I was floating out of my body but it wasn't working I just had the normal (being able to move my arms and legs). After a while i decided to tell myself i was falling out of my body and it worked I started to fall through the bed it was amazing I saw and heard astral entities that were scary while i was floating down through the top bunk but I just pushed them off with a shrug and told them they couldn't hurt me. I then floated around the room for a bit, everything was vivid that was up close but everything about a meter or two away i couldn't really make out because I only saw darkness. I then floated up to where I was lying. As soon as I saw my body I felt a sudden jolt and was back in. I wanted to stay and explore more so while I was still in the zone about 15 seconds later I sussefully rolled out of my body and was looking through the wood of the bunk bed. It was a really amazingly strange experience. I then sped super fast to the cafe and was starring at the all the stuffed animals on the walls and thinking about them and how upset it was making me feel. After a while I returned to my body to a nice peaceful sleep.

It was a  truly amazing experience and am so glad that I have finally seen part of the other side after a couple months of trying on a daily basis.
