I posted this on the OBE subsection- maybe it's more suited to this subsection but can anyone give the exercises for the 1st day of Mastering Astral Projection? I downloaded the ebook but it's missing the first day! :| I wanted to start this today so if anyone could help me out I'd be very grateful!

What you should do, and what you've indicated to me so far, is to contact the reseller and have them forward a full copy of what you purchased from them.
They might not realize that it was a bad copy. :)
I would like to warn anyone to please not post any links to copyrighted download material though. We will have to delete it should we see it. Sorry. :/
