We were talking a bit about a split body effect in astral, I had a trip last night that brought it up
Was in a building with 5 others in astral and we decided to see if we can obe, we separated from those bodies and went exploring with the second body (however everything was completely different,very dark environment, I could not see my companion and had to hold their hand, I could not manipulate environment at all (I tried to make an energy ball of different colours but all I managed to make was a vibrating energy ball, I then passed it around and it remained stable)
Then we "returned" into our first astral bodies, environment was full of colour and normal now, another person joined us and I explained to her what we just did and asked her if she wanted to do it with us again

I have read some explanation that seem logical to me ( One of the many things I want to try out once in). It basically said that each time you travel from one plane to a higher one ( from a lower frequency to a higher one), you leave a part of your energy behind. Just as when you leave body, you leave a portion of your energy in your physical body for it's vital functions.
Basically, you could left "too much" energy behind you, and experience a duality of awareness, or consciousness once the split happens.
To be honest I have no idea what is going on with this nor indeed what the intent was we were just messing about there, nor indeed do I know how to do an inner projection, Im trying to get into habit of having my guide right next to me now so he can explain to me exactly what is going on whenever I trip
Sounds like you are able to split your energy body into more energy bodies, but you're probably just splitting your energy body and dividing the energy between the two. That's pretty cool though never thought of trying that. Maybe next time you try you should do some kind of energy raising technique while in the astral with your group and then try splitting your astral body again to see if you have more energy and if the color and everything else remains the same or changes.
Yep! I asked my meditation teacher he said to start doing routines that I do in the physical but now do them in the astral as well (eg focusing on different chakras meditations etc) he said that's the whole point of chakra meditations (they are designed to be done in astral as well as in physical)
I guess i'l post here what happens next time I try it there

NoY have you done it yourself (in the astral), what was your experience?
It gives you energy and stability ,focus and it looks really cool as well
its great for conditioning your body's and mind, physical also
