something vile took my camera!!

Hello AP.  I don't think I'm new to astral projection, I used to do something like it as a child.  Once I got out of school, and started smoking drugs, I didn't experience the dreaminess or anything like that again.  Anyway, I've been looking over the boards, and decided to try an experiment one night, in the hopes of boosting an AP or OOBE.   I got a camcorder, and put it on my headboard, and turned it on.  I wanted to see if I could influence my dream state from the future, like the future molding the past.  My plan was to watch the video and try to implant dream state or lucid dream hypnotic activators into my consciousness.  Well...

When I went to sleep, I seen this light.  Ok?  But it thinned out and flattened down, then disappeared.  Next thing I knew, oh boy, I was in some sewer place, like an old lion's den but with sewer.  And I looked, and my camera was in my hand, it didn't look like my camera, but my mind recognized it as being my camera.  The next thing I know, this crawling creature comes all around me, molests me, and steals my camera!  It was so horrible, a horrible, horrible dream... it's body looked like a really big snake, except, it had little hands on it, which, it used to carry off my camera.  And it's so disgusting, it looked like it was all covered in some kind of kitchen fat or slime or something.  And it had the face of Aleister Crowley.

Does anyone know what it was?  Cuz when I woke up, I had other dreams in between, but when I woke up, there was no video on my camcorder.  So did that ugly thing in the dream turn it off, or is some kind of occult group trying to stop me from having an AP?  Any info you can share would be of great advice, but I'm a little nervous to try the experiment again after something as freaky as that had happened.
