New to forum and have some questions

Well my wife thinks I can have Astral Projections, I am not so sure if what I am doing is real or if it's in my head.

I tested it out by asking her to write a signal digit number on a sheet of paper and placing it in the house and see if I can see it. When I finished I told her the number and I was right!

I still think I am making this up in my head, is there some way I can prove to myself I am doing this?

Also I do not see any sliver cord attached to myself, really I don't even see myself.

Any help would be great

Thank you for the answer. I have gotten myself some books and I am trying to practices about twice a week. I'm not sure if it really happens or if it's in my head, however, I do have an open mind and I plan on working on it to see if I have something that I would have never thought I could do.
