A couple questions

Alright well I just got done meditating with some binaural beats.

I entered in a deep trance, ended up falling asleep because I meditate lying down on my bed since I have back pains when I sit up straight to long(I really need to find something I can use when I lay down so I can distinguish that I'm meditating/attempting an OBE and not going to sleep!). I woke up lucid in a dream at my computer with headphones on, when I remember my intention was kinda set to have an OBE. So I start to fly up off the chair and I feel the vibrations start, but as I'm going up its like the headphones were keeping me down and I could only go so far. My vision starts to blur and I slowly fall back down waking up in a conscious state on my bed still with the binaural beat playing. Through the whole flying up/falling back down I could feel vibes and when I woke up the vibes began to slowly subtle and that's when I felt my EB arms start floating up and moving around for a minute. I could completely just feel my EB, except for my head. All my muscles around my cheeks/eyes/forehead were tense again after gaining my awareness back.

So with that said my questions:
1. Can the binaural beats keep you in the physical if they're still playing while trying to exit your body ? Consciously or in a LD
2. I feel a lot of pressure in between my eyes, I know it has something to do with my Third Eye Brow Chakra but does anyone know what that pressure means ?
3. What steps do I need to take after I gain awareness again to exit successfully, if I have another experience as described above ?

attempt at answering Q2 briefly........

It depends on what level you want the meaning of the pressure? In your physical body the pressure could be because the pineal become more active or over active maybe even an over production of melatonin which is produced by the pineal gland and effects the wake/sleep patterns. Maybe its the brain hemispheres acting in unison as hemi-sync states is the object of the tones.

Maybe on an emotional sense the biological change in activating the pineal gland produces excitement which thus makes an over production of serotonin which affects your awareness and makes you over sensitive to changes happening in your body.

Maybe from an astral point of view the production of melatonin from the pineal gland effects how deep you are asleep and the and makes you more/less aware of your charka's and the added excitement places more focus on the brow charka making it over active.

the truth is most likely none of my explanations are correct but if your worried about it you need to let go of your fear or it will act as a barrier to you exiting. If your over curious about it or excited maybe it will lead to you placing more focus upon it distracting you from exiting. The best thing to do is just forget about it for now and when it happens again dont question it or analyse it just experience it , lie back and merely be aware of it.

I'm not too clue'd up about projecting from a dream because to be honest 99% of mine happen from doing meditation and then thinking "oh b's I aint projected yet....lets roll over and sleep......yay vibrations" or from clicking out in a meditation and then clicking back because of vibrations.

I would get rid of the headphones maybe get rid of the audio too and just lie back close your eyes and use a focal point likes of focusing on your breathing. I used monroe for about 2 years with headphones without results because they were either too uncomfy or too loud or too quite or because I was too busy trying too comprehend what this guy was saying or trying to remember the routine that I couldnt get deep enough in trance or in other words (I couldnt roll over and try to get relax or attempt to fall asleep while keep conscious awareness).

Instead try imagine you can hear those tones and listen for your internal ringing like tinnitus sound

Its good that you remembered your intentions were to have an OBE because intention is important.

like I said am not sure about projecting from lucid dreams but I would assume that it has to be a subtle shift in awareness because one time I was dreaming and thought "yay lets walk through the wall" and realised i couldnt because its new to us and our believe system as too what is possible restricts us from doing so and another time I thought I could fly but ended up flying circles round my ceiling because I aint never flew before and didnt know how too.

but dont make it too subtle because I made that mistake too.....

If I do end up in a dream and want to project I usually find myself been in my bed in my dream and the first time I ever done this technique it was after reading monroes book and I had bunk beds (Top bunk was mine) ....leg off the side of bed, arm off the side of bed......1.2 (sh!!t if am not projecting am gonna break my neck.....3..roll out of the top bunk.....yay!! Projection )

If your muscle in face is tense it means your not relaxed enough or your paying too much attention too been relaxing them or something like that so maybe its best just too let the vibrations continue because usually if you let them continue ..well if i let them continue I end up phasing so I dont have to exit....(even in a dream)....

Phasings the way too go......ask Xanth last time I was here he was a big fan of phasing

p.s. most of what I wrote probs aint right but I thought i'd at least make an attempt to answer your question :)

You use binaurals to relax and thats their purpose. Too loud or quiet that speaks for itself. The headphones issue, you've read another post suggesting they prevent you from exiting. Well thats a personal issue for them. I always use headphones, the in ear ones and never had a problem in many years. Physical items cant pull you down either, your mind is playing tricks on you. So you need to believe  these badic facts and remove that preventative suggestion from your mind.

Not done much on energy work until recently so can't really comment to be honest.

When I remember my intention.. This is the biggest statement in your post. If you plan an exit technique then you could place some anchors in it. This is an object or feeling that you program yourself to recognise as 'hey its time for lucidity" or something along similar lines. It wakes you up enough to get that awareness you are requiring.
A few facts.
We all do things differently. The experiences you have are unique to you. Others may be influencing you by thier experiences. Read them for a general feel nothing more. Suppress any emotions taking the procedure as if it isnt important and having that laid back approach doing your thing by letting it flow along at its own speed.
Your success rate will be far higher, keep this at the back of your mind too.

I do attempt to project w/o beats most of the time, every now and then tho I do use them for projecting just when the thought comes to mind. But I'll be sure to keep your advice about the pineal gland in mind next time I attempt a projection.

I'll begin changing my belief on that pretty quickly then so I can use the beats when I choose. Yaa I read about the anchor technique, my first successful projection was from using that technique after I read "The Vigil Method" posted on here. Thanks for the advice, I'll keep it in mind too.
