Hello my episode with idk what

 Hello my name is Sasha, I'm 26yo old male English is my Native Language
Well i had something like vibration  so i had em before quite of few times
but im still not sure what it is meaby  im just having health problems and it's not normal well i went to sleep i was up for long time dint sleep much meaby5 ot 6 hours that day
so i feel a sleep and some time during that time i start feeling vibrations  i had em before and it's was still like dreamy  so i felt it very intensive so i i start im start imaging that im falling trough the my bad i feel like like something was pussing me and then pulling me and i start hearing the voice and like i felt some kind of presence and i hear voice like a human voice of but could not made it out so i got so i got scared  and fear and the crazy thing soem times i felt like my body was hard like a rock  and  i tried to stop vibration cause i  i was in fear if i go out of my body il get possed by something that was beside me so i made my vabration stop  and tnen i guess i jsut think i just go back to sleep and vibrations would come back aagain  and next thing i  was able to open my eyes i watched the wall  and part of my bed my eyes were wide open i dont sleep in dark room i always have light on dim light like desk lamp so i have my eyes open  and i still have this strong vabrations and amazing i have my eyes open  and funny thing thne few sec later my eye leads starts trying to shot em close
all i see is cenemiter by cenimeter my eye leads getting lower and lower i open em again and keep trying to close it
and i have feeling like im sleeping but im mentaly awake then i just force my self to get up and vibration stoped meaby i had sleep paralasyis

 It sounds to me like indeed you did have a Sleep Paralysis episode.
