Trance Meditation Interruptions

Yesterday I was performing my daily trance meditation training for about two hours. After about 30 minutes of not a single thought jumping into my mind a strong energy passed through my energy body. A strange voice popped into my mind saying, 'You have a strong mind.' I then said, 'Who is this?'. The entity would not give me his name, so I raised my energetic shield around my energy body and cloaked all seven of my primary energy centers. I then said, 'Now try it'. For the rest of the training session I could not feel the strange energy or hear the voice.

I have found strange thoughts entering my mind while in trance meditation, which may in fact be other entities 'probing' my mind. I am still not sure how some entities are strong enough to break my concentration but it would seem that it is not easy to do.
