Hey all, just wondering, I think I have my technique now, but the thing to decide now is a first goal to prove to myself that I can do it. I know a lot of the time it can be just "All in the head" so I wanted something to do to absolutely prove I was outside my body, I first wanted to have a go at doing the lottery but apparently that's a bit difficult, so does anyone else have any ideas? I haven't used this technique all the way, as I've just gotten to the stage where I get paranoid and shake myself out of it but know I could have done it, but if I have a goal I might be a little more motivated to do at-least something, and have something to be happy about, knowing I finally proved to myself I can do it.

Trust me, you will know when you get out of body.

Everything is going to be really really 'soft' and you are going to be jumping around.

It's strikingly similar to the physical, but noticeably different.

You want a test? You are going to be floating. Bobbing along like your whole body is repulsed by a giant magnet which is the ground. You don't walk or run in the astral, its more of a bound. This is at least true in the lower levels. The higher levels follow a slightly different rule scheme it seems, but all the basics are still there.

Hi,
If you are away from your body just look at your hands for a while. Your fingers may appear to melt. Dont worry its nothing bad. You'll get familiar with this and lots more that defy whats in this physical reality.
Safe travels.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

So basically it's like there's less gravity depending on how high you go in the realms? I'm starting to piece this together in my mind, and it seems that the higher you go, the less it looks like the physical and the less the laws of physics apply?

Contenteo

Oh yeah, good one Szaxx.

The astral is pretty much where you imagination lives. The process of phasing is disconnecting all you physical senses so you exist in full imagination (F21) and then from there, going deeper.

F24 BSTs are still kinda floaty, F26 BSTs and F27 greeting zone are more gravity, but you have greater autonomy over flight. Little nuances you get over time. Putting your dreams into focus level context is a great way to practice understanding.

At high high levels it starts to change again all together. Meaning you have magnificent control over things such as gravity and 'astral mater' (whatever you want to call things that appear solid in the astral) with your intent, which can be very confusing to understand until you get there. Uh. Think, Hindu gods and pictures of where they live for those levels. A whole 'nother echelon. And allegedly there is even an eschelon beyond that.

If you are good at visualizing things, then you should have no problem telling the astral from the physical.
