I'll be relaxing. And it'll start to feel like I'm falling, I can see the 3D darkness that everyone talks about. I can no longer feel the bed under me and after that I begin to feel like I'm floating or lifting up. Am I close to projecting?
Don't worry about how close you are. Hold on to the experience and keep following it as long as you can. The more conscious effort you put into it, the harder it will be.
