Well I tried aping a couple times the passed couple of weeks and it's very strange. I get this weird feeling of fast movement and tingling but, am still completely in control of my physical body [in fact if i move then I lose the weird feeling] also sometimes when I'm trying to ap when I focus on my eyes they start twitching uncontrollably. Am I getting closer to aping?
You want to focus your attention away from your physical body, not on it. If you focus on your body, your awareness will stay with it. Ignore the tingling and physical sensations, relax deeper, and maybe focus on an exit technique.
