Well, this experience was unusual for me anyway!

It started out when I woke up at 5:00am this morning (45mins before my alarm).  When I wake up early like this and go back to sleep, I either have very vivid dreams or sometimes I project; today I had both, but with a twist.  After I started to fall asleep again, I started hearing a loud ringing/buzzing (which I normally hear before I project) and then I felt myself rolling out of my body (which also normally happens).  Well, this time after I was out of my body I couldn't see anything and for some reason started spinning.  Before I knew it, I was back in my body and I remember moving my leg and thinking "so much for that".  Well, I didn't really move my leg; I was now dreaming (just didn't realize it).  After moving my leg I decided to get up and do my normal morning routine to get ready for work.  I went into the bathroom and looked into the mirror (normally I don't see anything in a mirror or some weird image, which is a sign I'm in a dream).  Well, when I looked in the mirror this time, I saw my reflection.  It was so detailed and looked exactly like me (expect I noticed that my goatee needed trimmed, which it doesn't).  After I walked away from the mirror I woke up and noticed it was 5:40am (5mins before my alarm).  I just lay there and thought about how strange this was to me.  This is the first time I've ever seen my true reflection in a mirror while in a dream and also the first time I've went from projecting directly to a dream state (That I can remember anyway, and not that I've projected that many time.  I've never induced a projection, they're always spontaneous).

Pray to your God or Goddess and ask for there protection on you, and just let go :-D! Or envision white light around you.

We are not truly lost, until we lose ourselves.
