I projected out of my body via sleep paralysis. As soon as I was out I fell through my bedroom wall and into the street below.
I was walking along the street, which seemed pretty empty at the time. When I saw a police van drive past, I looked behind to find it doing a U-turn to follow me. I panicked and decided to fly away from it.
I looked over my shoulder when I was elevated in the air, the police van was flying right behind me. It caught up and stopped beside me. A man stuck his head out of the window and said "This plane is off limits" to which I said "How do I get to another plane?", he then told me to head one or two miles north where I would find another plane to explore. So I headed in that direction.

After a few minutes of travelling (It seemed like I could look at something and jump right to it) I find myself amongst a crowd of people heading in the same direct. There must of been about 20 or 30 of them.
I asked one of the women where I was and she said "Your in the RTZ, follow everyone else to get out" So I followed her until we reached a even larger group of people. I could hear music being played, the crowd of people were dancing and socializing.
I woke up soon after this.

I want to know where to file an (astral) complaint. The astral planes are supposed to be open. What probably happened is you accidentally landed in some uber strict Belief System Territory that is reserved for only a few and restricted to most outsiders. Though I have never been to one of those BSTs myself there are several accounts by others who have reported being in one.
