i had a lucid dream then it changed to a astral projection where i was taking a nap at, i seen some small person shaped doll laying on my bed, it started moving, i seen its face, it had sharp teeth so i did everything i could to not let if bite my face or neck. i held it by the neck trying to not let it bite me, that was the scariest and most threatening thing i have ever seen in my astral projections. i tried looking at the tv to make it go away but it wouldnt so i just made myself wake up. maybe that was them little people that my grandma was talking about.

have you ever encountered anything like that?

Attacking dolls no, but I woke up one night with someone digging around in my body with his/her hands. That was scary.

I have had a few negative encounters during some of my OBEs. (The latest negative encounter is on this forum page). So such things Do happen but don't be put off by them.

You did well as you did not get scared or panicked and handled that situation quite well.
If it happens to you again then next time try to either use energy to burn or shock the attacking discarnate creature Or
try to teleport it to someplace far away.

Negative astral creatures usually Feed on fear so if you stay brave and attack back then you usually win the fight.

Hi,
Yesterday, I tried astral projection for my first time. I didn't finish to gain the AP and I eadr a voice telling: "You're strong egnouth, I leave.". I nearly have lost concentration. So, I kept trying. Later, I saw a strange creature. He was trying to hide behind something. I don't know what. I fealt angry against him. I remember, I thought: "Is true, I can use fire in tis form." And, I have burned I'm away. I didn't read alot on AP, I have only read how to project. So, I'm realy surprise that people got something near that. And, I'm surprise to, because Greytraveller sugest to burn or shock the creature, and I never read about  that.

Ho, I forgot. The creature was half men size, and have a strange difformed skull face, and he didn't seem the want to attack me. It's why I stop. Because agressivity wasn't my actual caracter and I fell sorry for him.

I've had a similar experience only I retained PHYSICAL wounds from it(no joke) it was a small, red-skinned, snake-headed thing, horrible and unprovoked, I am trying to find this thing and kick it's sorry heiney into the next plane ! try it and see if it works.

It's pretty common to see strange entities when projecting or in sleep paralysis. Don't let it put you off though, it passes pretty quickly. If you google "old hag syndrome", you'll find some interesting reading on the subject...

Sounds to me like it just you fear of the unknown. If you are scared of things in the astral plane then this will happen. Really though, there is nothing to be scared of. Yes there are dark entities but the majority of the time they can do no harm, just ignore them. If you are scared or have the atitude of going round fighting them, then you will attract them. I personally just have the mindset that I have no time for them and that I have better things to do. If you think in this way, they will soon leave you alone. Really, there is nothing to fear.
