Painful electric sensations

I had another lucid dream projection and felt a couple of electric shocks during it and also when I re-entered my body. It was quite painful. Has anyone else experienced this or know why this happens? This is the first time this has happened to me.

Any idea why this happens during AP?

Yes... Although it doesn't happen while your consciousness is fully disconnected from your physical. They can bleed through when you are lucid and usually indicate waking up or having a dual consciousness (physical and nonphysical).

usually when you have done too much energy work or excessive work on chakras trying to raise the kundalini without having a qualified teacher
