Yesterday when I was reading some topics on ap I felt something like my astral body felt out of physical one [8)]
... I was leaned forward typing something and suddenly my body felt out from my body and I kinda felt both bodies! Weird huh? And on same day, while I was looking in my screen I looked at it from opposite side of myself (like from the ceiling). And the weirdest thing is I have never had an oobe before
