So last night I was reading about astral home space.  A (persistent or seemingly persistent) place that you create for yourself in the astral.  I thought this was a very neat concept and was wondering if any of you have created astral home spaces and what they look like.

Just curious  :-D

I have a castle and a small town on lots of lush green land,
i also have a huge shield over it to keep folk out  8-)

I only have persistent "transitional" places. One is flying through puffy white clouds and the other is flying through a starry outer space sky. They are my gateways to other planes/scenes and when I feel the most joyous and free.

It's a fun idea to build a place though. That'll be my goal next time I'm out. Think I'll take the villa from the Lake Como scene of "What Dreams May Come" as my template.

Interesting stuff!

It seems like a dark place, but I would build mine to look like Black Temple from World of Warcraft, complete with Illidan inside.  Although Illidan wouldn't attack me and I wouldn't have to kill him.  Cause I kind of <3 him.  That reference may be lost on those of you who never played WoW.  But yeah.

Come on, more people should reply!  I like hearing stories and descriptions of places :)

My spaces were not created on purpose, but are persistent.  I have about three different scenarios I end up regularly in- a beach with a house attached to it, a multi-story house I am always building floor by floor, and the recurring memory houses I grew up in.
I build the second one while in dreamtime or phasing, but I didn't start doing it from a conscious decision.  Some other part of me decided to do this, and it wasn't my conscious mind.

my "astral home space" seems to be a spot i created long ago. It's strange really, when i return there all the memories return as well. There have been times where i forgot about me inhabiting a physical being at the moment, and went to bed on my "astral bed".

The area surrounding the little home is beautiful. There are waterfalls and strange architectural shapes like huge arches. The home is cozy, and doesn't look like a home to the outside (it sort of appears as a cement block). On the top is a grating which I use as the entrance.

Nice!

AHS – "Astral Home Space".

It is a spherical chamber with a central point which is the 'hub' of my conscious awareness.
From here there are images projected on the inner 'walls' of the sphere and these represent portals into the greater realm.
I can 'flick through' the images looking for particular places, if I so wish.

My sphere is connected to an uncountable number of similar spheres all connected to each other and communication/information is shared with all other spheres.

The images represent the known vastness of the Astral Realm, which altogether represents 'My Home Space' but this Astral Realm is also connected to something 'other than' the conscious intelligent energy which creates 'our' Astral Realm...like there are more 'Astral Realms' outside the one which we humans create, and these are created by a consciousness similar to our own, which is experiencing its own planetary existence, somewhere else.

In fact, there are several other Astral Realms created through several other species experiences.

Over and above this, there is a Realm consolidated from the interconnections of all these other realms, including our own, and this Realm is connected to The Realm known to me as "Source Reality" which is outside all other realms encompassing those other realms, including our own.

While this "Realm within Realm" continuum might seem exceeding vast enough to be obviously incomprehensible, it is not necessary to 'see' it that way,  It is enough to 'glimpse to behold' and the imagination is the only thing within the human experience which can grasp enough of the vastness to understand an outline of the mere possibility, that the human individual can accept it without being unduly affected by the mind-boggling 'size' of It All.

So, one of those safe places to explore the vastness, is in a "Chamber of Self" – and from that point move self consciousness into the aspects as one chooses, always able to move back into AHS.

A similar model of this can be seen in this short clip

EDIT
Here is a longer version of that model

I don't think I have one, I seem to go to a different place everytime.
At least I don't remember that I have been to a certain place twice.

It seems we have to create our places in F 27 if I got it right. Ginny had to create a
second place in F 27 as her first one attracted to many astral animals.
