I don't think it was necessarily a negative entity. If it were, why would it be friendly? I think some things prefer a darker look, mainly to avoid certain attentions. Also, it may be that your mind just interpreted this entity as a skeleton as it was the closest thing you could relate to.

It's taken me awhile to get used to my minds interpretations.  Guides are usually "old friends" that I don't keep in tough with and haven't seen in years.  "Home ground" is always where I grew up.  Distractions are down to 1 type and they don't work anymore.

Your skeleton could have been another projector trying to be nondescript, or seeing if they could 'scare' you.

Yeah that could have been another projector, but as soon as he couldn't scare you he gave up I guess.

a couple nights ago, on my last travel, i was trying to phase into the astral when i fell asleep (like always [|)]). I regained conciousness in what i believe to be the so-called 3d blackness. i felt like i was in a room with the lights shut off. i couldnt tell if i was in the astral or just in a trance state so i sat up. too my surprise i was definantly in the astral! my vision slowly came too, and i realized i was in my bedroom, but i was on the top bunk, even though i was physically sleeping on the bottom. i looked at the foot of the bed and there was a skeleton looking back at me [:O] lol. it was not scary at all though, i diddnt think much of it at all really. i dont remember what he said but he was talking to me, and he was a funny guy. we hung around the astral for a while then my alarm clock rang and i got up for school. do you think this skeleton was a figment of my imagination or an astral entity? i sort of assumed it was an astral entity and if so, do you think i was at a lower plane seeing skeletons and such? he diddnt seem negative at all, almost like an old friend. it was really wierd, but a pretty good projection i can add too my list so im not complaining []
