Astral Travel question?

So around a month or so ago I posted what I had thought was a astral travel or projection, and from multiple forums on other websites I found it was an astral travel. But heres the thing I'll cut a long story short, I was waiting with my brother for someone when a girl warped infront of me and let me ask a few questions, then told me to go and see it all for my self she partially closed her eyes and I was floating in space, I coudl see the moon and other planets with the earth behind me. I was able to fly through the air and went to other galaxies. She even showed me a few life forms I could come back as when I died, but she was in my head when she showed me them like she was controlling me because I instantyl teleported to the life forms planet besides when she told me about coming back as a human.

Heres the catch though, this may change the whole thing. Some nights before and sometimes I still do this. But I had read that you could talk to your spirit guides and ask for help or something of the sort and they would hear you. So sometimes I would lie on my back stare at my ceiling and ask for help once I asked for help doing tricks on my skateboard and about a week later it was easy for me to do a trick. The last time I did this was close to a half week before the incident stated above. I asked my spirit guides to help me with astral projection and achieve lucidity. The female in my incident said she was an alien, coudl she have been an alien spirit guide? Or an alien who wanted to show me the universe??

Sounds like you went on a guided tour. These experiences show you things that are or have been on your mind. Sometimes you get to see things you need to know.

i have read your previous post on here that has more detail and i feel that this was your guide, and you said you felt like you knew her before, my advise is to listen to your self, this was real. she was not a thought or idea coming from your mind.i would try contacting her again and get more info, also she said that there was beings you could incarnate as after you died, she showed you these places elsewhere in the universe. i would go even far as to say that you know her from the past and you have alot of history with her and that your soul originated from elsewhere on a different world.. please listen , i know this sounds crazy but i feel the need to tell you this.i am trying to help.  i know these things, if you want to here more of what i have to say please post a response.  in the end it is up to you to feel if this information is for you. i am not trying to tell you what to do just give advise. 

your guides are always with you , ask them if you need to and they will guide you always. use your intuition and heart and you can never be wrong.

also about the amulet , what did it look like? what did she look like in human form?if you can remember.

Hey thanks for the response, like you said yes my previous post does have more detail! Yes in a way I felt as if I had known this person. I have tried numerous times to visualize the amulet before I have gone to bed in hopes that it would help me reach out to this being, I've called out to my spirit guides on other occasions asking for help to reach it again. You don't  honestly sound crazy at all, I've read a lot of things so its not the least bit odd.

This amulet was a small circle object, attached to it was some string, what kind of string beats me. It was sort of a brownish orangish in color with a black marking on the top. I do not remember what the marking looked like, I remember grabbing the amulet from her hand and then I awoke and sat up in bed and looked at my wall then at my hands thinking, HOLY bonk I, like oh my god did that just happen? After about a month the experience I had still captivates me, I have told my parents and brothers I wish you guys could have seen it. I wish all of you could have seen it, the colors that where out there it was so amazing.

I know when I explained the lifeforms I could come back as sounded cheap, but it was true she showed me them. I seen them walking on their planet, I was by other planets as well. That part with the lifeforms sort of made think it was a dream, then again I was like no, I was visited by a damn alien this was no dream!.  I am no expert or really good at visualization or lucid dreaming and the same goes for astral projection or any astral travel. So for this to happen, it really opened my mind up, I wish I could leave the planet and visit other worlds and see galaxies. In my first post I believe I stated that no word could describe the beauty I seen.

Now with all this stated time to explain what the girl looked like. She was beautiful (remember this was her human form) I mean beautiful, she had black hair that went to her shoulders, her hair looked silky very soft. I don't remember what color her eyes where. She just had an overall pleasent look, and when she warped infront of me in the beginning I just sort of had a spark that was telling me that I knew her, like I knew this was supposed to happen. When I asked to see her alien form she said no she didnt want to scare me. I thought to my self well that makes sense she doesnt want it to scare me, because then I'd wake up and the experience would end. I told her that is okay she looked beautiful so I was alright with it.

After she showed me the lifeforms I was warped instantly to Earth but I was still in space and she asked me a question. I then was warped to around 3-5 above the ground from where we met and floated down slowly to the ground, that is when she took this amulet and I mean she had a sad tone of voice and face and told me it was time for her to go, if I ever wanted to visit her again to use the amulet or if I ever wanted to see outer space more just to use it.

I can remember awaking and looking for it in my hands, so not to have this amulet saddens me. I've heard if I can achieve astral projection I can find it and I can then visit.

Oh one more thing, the place we met seemed like I had been there before, it sort of looked like an old house I had lived in, and when I asked her the questions we entered a car where we talked and then when I came back I just floated to the ground.

human is the predominate form in this universe, around 60% human 40% humanoid our current terran form is the result of 22-25 different races of ET/ extra dimensional , wehavethe wholehuman geonome,  they seeus as royalty for our uniqueness.  
through  breeding with us and dna /genetic modification. more or less because our earth has alot of history, wars and various races when they came through on trade routes. ect  theres just so much to know, i could talk moreabout this and give you links to videos ect.
they have weakened us in all aspects, but we are still strong.

but we were manipulated long ago , our genetics damaged and some strands removed. we used to have 12, but our enemy s seen us as a powerful threat and wanted to control us.this is still happening  and they want us not to evolve and raise consciousness. times are changing for the better.  the ET/EDs that are positive and neutrals are helping us ,

they wanted to see what would happen if all these genetic,ethnic , and cultures mixed.
and they care for us greatly .

but remember as i know you already know , some don't have our best interests in mind.

id say you are probably an very old soul, your soul originated out there on a different world, and traveled around incarnating.
ask her where she is from. and what your relationship is with her?

also us not remembering our past lives and history, is not natural everyone that has not been manipulated can .
they also live way longer and are healthier than us. we once was like them .
there was things called soul traps that were designed to catch you when you died while you are disoriented and condition you and force you back down here.  alot of et-ed souls are here , called naturalized terrans they got stuck down here in the past. like in Atlantis ,ect.
and some forgot who they are. and some escaped when the soul traps were still here, they were recently destroyed.
then there are incarnates, people who have come here at this time to help us,  in a way that abides by the prime directive and universal laws, we had to ask them first to come.
incarnates started coming here back around the 1940s, but very recently around 1980-now there are alot of incarnates.
you may be an incarnate. not every who is an incarnate knows they are, they have not been activated yet. to remember who they are and their mission here, also their past lives. there are forerunner incarnates who knew atleast some about themselves and they were activated sooner than most.

there is far more things we need to know and alot we cant understand now, well most people may not but at least they are awake.
there are alot of things that i cant really grasp as-well concerning et-ed technology and dimensions ,
but i do know many things.
but i will tell you , what may be truth to me may not be for you so just take it slow and ask yourself about how you fell about this info.

I enjoyed the post, a very detailed post at that. It really opens up my mind, gets me thinking about stuff. I wish I could speak with this being more and ask more things, but I have not a clue on how to reach this 'person'

As far as remembering past lives, I can remember 2 past lives, and it is said that a human loses all memory of past lives at around 6 years of age. I am almost 16 so ten years later I still can remember these lives.
