Are you looking while you are still moving?  Try looking at a dark object, such as the frame of a picture on the wall, then shift your eyes to look just to the side of the picture on the blank wall. you will see the object you were just looking at in a negative form, a light outline instead of the dark of the frame. Is this what is happening in the mirror? A.

whenever i stare at myself in the mirror i start seeing little reflections of myself... like.. i'll see my eyes but they are like fragmenting outward... so it'll look like i have 4 eyes....

i don't really know how to describe it but it kind of sounds like what he is talking about... only i'm almost positive that what i'm seeing is due to bad eyesight.

I have a full size mirror on the entrance hall of my house. Parallel to this mirror there is a stairway leading to the upstairs. Every time I am on my way to upstairs, specially in the evenings, I stop and focus in the  mirror for Aura exercise. Lately I have noticed something different especially when it is a little darker: I see a faint light coloration around the body, especially on top of head; also it seems to project several faint copies of  the torso especially the head. But I have also noticed that I see this light expression on basically anything that I happen to focus on. So, I was wondering if anyone has an idea of what the explanation might be.
