I'm not sure if this is the place for this topic but if not the moderator will fix it :p
So this is the question-what frequency is needed to achieve vibration state?Or if anyone has a preset I'll be happy to hear it and try it :p (Brainwave generator)Thanks in advance!
Hello Simo,
I've heard that using 63hertz & 6.3hertz help with astral projection, and some of the presets on the brainwave generator site use them as well. I used to use this section: http://www.bwgen.com/inx_oobe_dat.htm (http://www.bwgen.com/inx_oobe_dat.htm) all the time (until it started to give me headaches).
Also, you might find this helpful as well - it's a list of frequencies that the owner has compiled from various resources: http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm (http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm)
Finally, Xanth made a binaural beat that he was using for projection - you might want to look into it. He posted the link on both his blog, as well as on here as well.
Good Luck!
I have it in the few flavours: http://unlimitedboundaries.ca/2011/02/02/new-4hz-binaural-beat/ :)
Thank you for the help everybody
I heard that 4 hertz was good for inducing the vibrational state.
Before I'd ever projected I listened to a bwgen preset called Tommi's Vibration Starter. After listening to it I tried to project and got to the vibration stage.
Thomas Campbell who's worked with Monroe suggested 3.87 hz in a radio talk show I listened to last year. Carrier frequency for males 100, 104. He says higher frequency seems to be more favoured by female, 5000 (seems really high to me.. but it's what I wrote in my notes)
Since humans can hear from 20 Hz all the way up to 20,000 Hz (20 kHz), 5000 is not really high. I can see why females would prefer the higher ranges, we talk with higher pitched voices to begin with. And low pitches are kind of sinister sounding, I think.
Interesting :-) I find even going up to 400 is too high for me. It's like a mosquito in my ear.. I can't relax. I like the mellowness of 100, it makes me drowsy quickly
Should add that I've tried Monroe's tapes before and some are high, but you can't hear them unless you turn the volume up. It still does its job even when you can't hear anything. I heard they do tests on the carrier frequency, seems it has an effect on results

Me too.
Mine works great for me. :)
It's funny that you say that, because my hemisync is great, but the lows (those round sounds) are a teensy-bit low for me and at first creeped me out, but now I'm used to it. I do agree that 5000 is too high, who wants to hear a squealing hiss for more than five minutes?
